Website browsing and clinical care are different

This public website explains the practice. SimplePractice is the main system for appointments, clinical records, and patient messages. HIPAAtizer provides the release-of-information form. The Notice of Privacy Practices describes the practice’s handling of clinical information.

General website analytics

General information pages use Google Analytics to measure website use. Consultation, contact, referral, patient resource, authorization, and privacy pages do not load Google Analytics, regardless of your preference.

The website’s analytics code removes query strings, URL fragments, and referral URLs from the page information it sends. It does not send names, email addresses, form answers, or patient identifiers. Google Analytics still receives technical data when it loads, and may use cookies to distinguish visits. General pages can reveal the topic you are reading.

You can turn analytics off using . The site also honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Your choice is stored in this browser; changing browsers or clearing storage may reset it.

Turning analytics off stops further collection here and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete information already received by Google. Learn more about Google’s use of information from sites using its services.

Hosting and third-party services

Netlify hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Turning off Google Analytics does not turn off hosting logs or the hosting provider’s traffic measurements.

Fonts and the clinician portrait are served from this site. Booking links open SimplePractice. The authorization form connects to HIPAAtizer only after you choose to open or load it. The clinician introduction link opens Google Calendar. Those services have their own privacy practices.

There are no contact or patient intake forms submitted to this website’s host. Use the linked patient services for private clinical information. Avoid sending health information through ordinary email or a calendar invitation.
