How to refer
- Discuss fit and out-of-pocket fees with your patient.
- Share the free video or phone consultation page. The patient can request a time directly.
- With appropriate authorization, send the clinical question and relevant records through an agreed secure channel.
With your patient’s permission, we can exchange clinically relevant updates about the assessment, medication changes, and ongoing plan. A signed release permits agreed communication; it does not create automatic shared-chart access.
Something to share with your patient
A two-page introduction to me and the practice, with my photo, who I work with, fees, and a consultation link. Your patient can then find preparation and care details on the second page.

He can evaluate whether medication management may help while I remain involved in your care. His practice is cash-pay: $250 for an initial evaluation and $150 for a standard follow-up. - The reason for referral and the clinical question.
- Current medications, relevant trials, allergies, and adverse effects.
- Relevant diagnoses, labs, discharge summaries, and recent safety concerns.
- Authorization status and the best secure way to reach you.
Clinical scope
Depression, anxiety and insomnia, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief, occupational stress, and adjustment concerns. Veterans and military-affiliated adults are welcome.
Controlled medications are within my scope when clinically indicated. I do not start them at a first visit or prescribe them on request. Continuing an existing prescription requires a fresh diagnostic review, a Prescription Monitoring Program review, a treatment agreement, and regular follow-up.
Outside this practice
- Psychiatric emergencies or same-day crisis containment.
- Therapy-only referrals, custody or disability evaluations, and VA claims work.
- Care primarily to obtain or continue a controlled prescription without diagnostic review.
- Patients who require insurance billing or cannot be in Washington for visits.
